Log files

Whenever you access our website, your browser automatically sends information to our server, which may be stored in log files. The information consists of:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address of the accessing device
• Name of the accessed file and its associated Uniform Resource Locator (URL)
• The website from which the access was made (referrer URL)
• The browser and operating system used on the device
• The name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) used

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — security, technical administration, and optimisation of our services.
Retention: Log files are typically retained for a limited period as necessary for security and troubleshooting.

Contact form

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is processed via our automation platform (n8n) and used solely to respond to your enquiry. Providing your data is voluntary. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — by submitting the form, you consent to processing.
Retention: We retain contact data as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for follow-up, typically up to 24 months unless a longer retention is required for legal obligations.

Callback request

If you request a callback, we collect your phone number, language preference, and optionally a scheduled time. This data is sent to our automation platform (n8n) and onwards to our phone service provider (Vapi) to initiate the call.

Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Retention: Typically up to 24 months for business records and follow-up.

Chat

Our website includes a chat feature. We store a session identifier in a cookie to maintain conversation continuity. Your messages are processed via our automation platform (n8n) to generate responses.

Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — functional cookies must be accepted to use chat.
Retention: Session data is retained as necessary for the conversation; typically we do not store chat history long-term.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect our contact form, callback form, and chat from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA analyses your interaction with the site (e.g. mouse movements, clicks) and may collect your IP address. This data is transmitted to Google LLC (USA). Google's privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

reCAPTCHA is only loaded after you accept functional cookies. If you decline functional cookies, these forms may not work.

Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — we load reCAPTCHA only after you accept functional cookies.
Third party: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Data may be transferred outside the EEA; Google provides appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage to enable specific functions and respect your preferences:

• procust_cookie_consent (localStorage) — stores your cookie preferences; essential; always enabled.
• procust_session (cookie) — maintains your chat session; functional; only set when you use chat and have accepted functional cookies.
• Google reCAPTCHA — cookies set by Google when reCAPTCHA loads; functional; only loaded after you accept functional cookies.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time via the Cookie Settings link in our footer. Disabling functional cookies may prevent the contact form, callback, and chat from working.

Third-party processors

We use the following processors to operate our website and services. Each processes data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements:

• n8n — workflow automation; processes contact form, callback, and chat data to deliver and respond to your requests.
• Google LLC — reCAPTCHA; processes behavioural and IP data for spam/abuse protection.
• Vapi (or similar) — phone service provider; processes phone numbers to initiate callback calls.
• Hosting provider — our web host processes server logs and stores website data.

Protection of data

We apply technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorised access, loss, or manipulation. These include encryption (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. We update our measures to keep pace with technological advances.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16)
• Erasure — request deletion of your data under certain conditions (Art. 17)
